HomeAdvisor called yet again today.Had to practically beg them to stop calling me! Just do a Google search for companies in your area that do what you're looking for and work with them directly (read reviews etc.). Been a nightmare with so many calls for a service already done and marked as such on their site. With HomeAdvisor, homeowners can find prescreened local service professionals view average project costs read verified ratings and reviews and instantly book. Nope.got around 5-8 emails in a week from them and around the same amount of calls from HomeAdvisor + other companies that HomeAdvisor sold my information with. I marked the project as complete on their website and unsubscribed to ALL emails. That prompted many calls as early as 7AM the next day.

I was trying to understand general pricing for a project and went through their process. HomeAdvisor is a free online resource for homeowners. I went from thinking HomeAdvisor was a decent service to hating this company with a fiery passion. Will spam you with call/emails even after job completed
